Description
Kambala, buffalo racing native to Tulu Nadu on Karnataka's coast in south India, pits a runner against the clock as he drives his buffalo through a flooded field. This runner lost his footing here, and as he fell at speed toward the water I was able to capture the moment along with its reflection.
