Description
Roasted radishes given centre stage, photographed from directly overhead to make the most of their vivid colour, repeated shapes and wrinkled texture. The simple composition uses the red gingham, vintage fork and scattered parsley to frame an ingredient more often seen as a garnish than the main event.
