Description
Nemo performing at O2 Academy Islington in London. I photographed from a low position close to the stage as they moved towards the audience, using a prism filter in front of the lens to refract the stage lights and create the sweeping trails surrounding the central figure. My intention was to translate the energy and sensory intensity of the live performance into a single frame rather than freezing the scene too cleanly. The effect was created in-camera during the performance rather than added digitally in post-production.
