Dan Hawkes a harvest manager at the Cornish Seaweed Company, free dive off the coast of Coverack, Cornwall, to sustainably cut sea spaghetti. Seaweed is among the most nutrient-dense foods on Earth, naturally rich in iodine, iron, and essential minerals.
