Description

Jamie Muir, Kilchoman Distillery operator, rolling a whisky cask into its designated place in the warehouse where it will continue undergoing the process of maturation. Scotch whisky, by law, must mature in a cask for at least 3 years, but most single malt whisky will mature for 10 years and more.
